KV Resources was founded in 2003 and is headquartered in Waukesha, Wisconsin.  Our goal is to provide nationwide recruiting services for the Engine, Powergen, Construction and Lawn &Garden equipment industry with a specialty in the generator market.  We work with both Manufacturers of equipment and their Distributors nationwide.   

Our senior staff have all spent time in corporate recruiting roles managing staffing strategies and corporate staffing teams and have a strong appreciation of organizational development challenges and the time sensitivity manufacturers experience with staffing needs. We have a strong commitment to ongoing training of our staff and are active members of the Human Capital Institute.   We subscribe to the philosophies that Talent Acquisition and Talent Management must go hand in hand to develop strong Human Capital which provides the advantage a corporation needs to compete in the Global Knowledge based economy of today.

We have been a member of the Top Echelon Network since 2004.  This Nationwide network provides us with additional resources for high quality candidates and job opportunities as well as provides additional training for our staff in new technologies and legal issues in the recruiting and staffing Industry.  We require all of our recruiters to complete their CPC certification issued and monitored by the National Association of Personnel Services. 

Since 2003 we have been active members of EGSA- Electrical Generating Systems Association.  We are committed to and invest the time to stay abreast of the changes in the Engine, Powergen, Construction and Lawn & Garden Equipment industries by attending technology conferences and trade shows.  Our Knowledge of the Industry gives us an advantage in developing targeted recruiting strategies.  

In 2006 we added an Engineering and Technical Consulting Services Division.  We have been providing Consultant Engineers and Technical Sales and Marketing consultants to the Engine, Powergen, Construction and Lawn & Garden equipment Industry for both new product development projects and development of new marketing/sales strategies and channels.
